Approaching Tokyo Tradition

Under the theme of “Approaching Tokyo Tradition”, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) is holding four projects: “Festival”, “Traditional performing arts concerts”, “Programs for foreign visitors”, “Programs for children”.
The aims of these projects are to communicate the traditional arts and culture of Japan both domestically and overseas, and to encourage young generation.

We hope that you will come and enjoy divert and inspiring programs, which are designed especially for foreigners, those who rarely engage with Japanese traditional culture, and children who lead the next generation.
